LIMITED LED WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY MATERIAL 

BRAVOLIGHT dba Bravolight LEDs, Bravolight, LEDBravolight, warrants that its LED lights will be sold free from defects in material and workmanship in its intended use. Warranty period begins from date of Buyer’s purchase date. The LED Warranty Period for LED lights sold by BRAVOLIGHT are included on each Product's Spec Sheet and are available to view or download online and print out. If any LED light is found defective in workmanship or materials within the product's warranty period, BRAVOLIGHT will repair or replace the same or comparable light, at its sole discretion. Buyer must notify BRAVOLIGHT Customer Service, Phone (813) 966-5339 or email customerservice@bravolight.com promptly of any claim under warranty and provide proof of purchase. Once BRAVOLIGHT has been notified of the warranty claim, BRAVOLIGHT customer service will provide an RMA # . The buyer must then ship the product to BRAVOLIGHT, 3959 Van Dyke Rd., #291, Lutz, FL 33558 for inspection and evaluation. The RMA # must be included. BRAVOLIGHT will not accept any product that is shipped to us for warranty claim without prior authorization. All shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

 NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR OTHERWISE IMPLIED, SHALL EXIST IN CONNECTION WITH BRAVOLIGHT PRODUCTS OR ANY SALE OR USE THEREOF. BRAVOLIGHT warranty shall extend only to the first Buyer of a BRAVOLIGHT product purchased directly from our company, or from an AUTHORIZED sales agency reselling BRAVOLIGHT product, and is non-assignable and non-transferable and shall be of no force and effect if asserted by any person other than such first Buyer. This warranty applies only to the use of the product as intended by BRAVOLIGHT and does not cover any misapplication or misuse of said product. Most of our lights carry water-sensitive stickers  which indicate water exposure. Remember traditional florescent, incandescent, and HID lights are NOT warranted for durations of estimated lifespans or premature failures. If surge protectors are included with light, they must be installed in order for warranty to be in effect. 

This warranty does not apply to: (a) damage to units caused by accident, dropping or abuse in handling, acts of god – including lighting strikes or transient voltage surges (even if surge suppressors are installed) that exceed the maximum voltage and causes premature failure of LED light; (b) units which may have been subject to unauthorized repair, opened, tampered with, taken apart or otherwise modified; (c) units not used in accordance with instructions; (d) damages exceeding the cost of the product; (e) unsealed lamps and/or lamp bulbs and LED’s; (f ) the finish on any portion of the product, such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear over life of light; (g) transit damage, initial installation costs, removal costs or re-installation costs. (h) The use of our LED’s outdoor products must have properly sealed & maintained weatherproof fixture. If excessive water or bug intrusion is noted, you should replace fixture and any damage to LED lights from water or excessive bugs is not covered under this warranty. Bravolight will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties. 


EXCEPTIONS TO OUR WARRANTY


(BRAVOLIGHT) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE GOODS OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES WITH RESPECT TO LOSS OF PROPERTY, REVENUES, LIFE OR LIMB, PERSONAL INJURY, AND CLAIMANT'S REMEDIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF NONCONFORMING GOODS.

NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

- Damage due to mishandling or abuse of the product.

- Not using a voltage regulated power supply to connect LEDs products or controls.

- Connecting LEDs to the wrong Output Voltage. (Example: connecting a 12VDC system to a 6VDC power supply.)

- Improper connection of power supplies, LED products or controls.

- Connecting Power Supplies backwards to an A/C power source. (Example: connection the 12VDC output of power supply to the A/C input line.Using    products in an extremely hot environment.)

 - Using a non ventilated light fixture.

-  Water damage to LED lights

-  Electrical power surges. (Note: It is recommended that if there is a possibility of power surges then you should consider a surge protector for the incoming A/C power line.)

-   Damage from Lighting or Electrical Storms.

-  Acts of God. (Example: hail, flooding, tornado, fire, wind)

- Products or electronic components that have been modified by the user.

- Products used for purposes other than intended and directed.

- Products damaged by connection to LED systems or components not purchased from (Bravolight)



 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF A BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, WARRANTY OR ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE, SHALL (Bravolight) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, MULTIPLE, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF USE OF THE EQUIPMENT OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT, LOSS OF CAPITAL, COST OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES OR SERVICES, DOWNTIME COSTS, OR CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES OF THE BUYER FOR SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL BRAVOLIGHT TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY REASON ARISING HEREUNDER EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID TO (BRAVOLIGHT) FOR THE PRODUCT PURCHASED BY THE BUYER HEREUNDER.
